英文商务邮件的结构与礼貌用语
很多同事写英文邮件时容易堆砌词汇,反而显得生硬。实际上,清晰的结构比华丽的词藻更重要。
一封合格的商务邮件通常包含:问候语、目的说明、具体事项、行动请求和结尾致谢五个部分。
